- 如未接來電或暫時無法下樓，司機會向發送電子郵件，照片會顯示已送到的物品和位置。
3. 送貨後的責任：
成功送達後（電話或電子郵件通知後），商品的責任將轉移到客戶。 Truly Fresh對於在通知後遺失或任何損壞/損失的產品概不負責。請確保在收到通知後立即取貨，確保商品的品質和安全。

1. Delivery Scheduling:
All orders will be delivered as promptly as possible. Kindly ensure that someone is available to collect the items upon delivery to maintain product quality.
2. Delivery Process:
- **Houses:** For customers residing in standalone houses, our delivery driver will:
- Place the items at the front door.
- Ring the bell to notify the recipient of the delivery.
- **Condominiums/Apartments:** For condo customers:
- Our drivers will first attempt to call the provided phone number to inform the customer of the delivery.
- If the call is unanswered, our drivers will send an email to the customer. This email will include details about the delivery and the specific location where the products were placed.
3. Responsibility After Delivery:
Upon successful delivery (after the call or the message), the responsibility of the products shifts to the customer. Truly Fresh Grocery Deliveries is not liable for any products that go missing or any loss/damage that curs post pick up your order immediately after being notified to ensure the quality and safety of your items.
