How to eat:
[Thawing] The best way is to defrost slowly on a fresh-keeping layer. Remove the clams from the freezer and place them in a refrigerator at 0-5 degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours. If time is urgent, you can defrost it under running water. Tips: Remember not to freeze the shellfish again after thawing, so as not to affect the product quality.
