Which areas offer free shipping?
In the Greater Toronto Area, we offer free shipping covering the following areas: Richmond Hill, Markham, Vanghan, Aurora, Newmarket, City of Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington. When you place an order, simply enter your zip code and the system will automatically prompt you to see if you are within our delivery service area.
When will it be delivered?
Due to changes in traffic conditions and delivery routes, we cannot guarantee or provide specific delivery times. But usually, your order will be delivered between 1:00 and 10:00 pm.
When the driver leaves in the afternoon, you will receive an email titled "out for delivery." When the goods are delivered, you will receive an additional email marked "delivered" to notify you of the latest status of your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
If I receive the goods and am not satisfied, can I ask for a refund?
sure. If you find quality issues with the items you receive, we are more than happy to handle your refund or claim. However, please note that dissatisfaction due to personal preferences such as taste, color, sweetness, size or fatness does not fall within the scope of handling quality objections.
If you decide to return the item, please return it to our company in good storage conditions (frozen or refrigerated) and undamaged within one week after confirming with us. Below is our address and opening hours:

How much does a box of vegetables/fruit weigh?
Our vegetables are purchased weekly based on market availability, so the types and weights of vegetables may vary. But you can rest assured that the number of vegetable varieties we offer each week is fixed:
- Standard vegetable bag (15 yuan): contains 5 different vegetables
- Upgraded vegetable bag (25 yuan): contains 9 different vegetables
- Fruit Box: Contains 8 different fruits
This ensures you enjoy varied and fresh ingredients every week.
What is the difference between the standard package (15 yuan) and the upgrade package (25 yuan)?
Upgrade package (25 yuan) : This package contains more vegetables, is worth 10 yuan more, and adds 4 vegetable varieties. It is very suitable for families with more family members or larger appetites.
Standard package (15 yuan) : This package is more suitable for a small family of 2-3 people, providing a diverse but moderate amount of vegetable choices.

Can I choose the variety of vegetables for the vegetable bag?
Sorry, we currently do not offer a la carte service. We purchase the freshest vegetables every day based on real-time market conditions to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality products. Therefore, each household receives the same variety of vegetables. However, you can expect our vegetable varieties to change every week, giving you a variety of healthy ingredients. Can automatic subscriptions be changed or canceled?
Yes, you can log in to your account before every Saturday to manage your order. You have a variety of options to choose from, including:
- Adjust quantity : You can increase or decrease the quantity of your order as needed.
- Modify delivery frequency : You can choose weekly or every other week delivery to suit your needs.
- Skip Deliveries : If you don't need a delivery at a specific time, you can choose to skip one or more deliveries.
- Pause service : If you need a short break, you can choose to pause service.
- Cancel your order : If you decide you no longer want to use our services, you can cancel your order at any time.

Can I buy vegetable bags and fruit boxes only once?
Yes, you can definitely choose to buy a veggie pack or fruit box just once. We offer such flexible options to suit your needs.
Can deliveries be made to the apartment building address?
OK. We only deliver to the door on the first floor and will call you in advance. If you don't answer the phone at that time or can't go downstairs temporarily, the driver will not wait, but will leave it at the door of the lobby on the first floor, take a photo and send it to you via email. You are solely responsible for the safety of your goods. We will also confirm with you again during checkout.
Why can’t RMB payment be successful?
You must open Truly-Fresh.ca from the WeChat interface. If you enter the address directly into the browser, the payment page will not appear. This is WeChat’s own setting
