About delivery

When will it be delivered?

Due to changes in traffic conditions and delivery routes, we cannot guarantee or provide specific delivery times. But usually, your order will be delivered between 1:00 and 10:00 pm.

When the driver leaves in the afternoon, you will receive an email titled "out for delivery." When the goods are delivered, you will receive an additional email marked "delivered" to notify you of the latest status of your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

If I receive the goods and am not satisfied, can I ask for a refund?

Yes. If you find that the product you received has quality problems, we are happy to process a refund or claim for you. However, please note that dissatisfaction caused by personal preferences such as taste, color, sweetness, size or fatness is not considered Scope of handling quality objections.

If you decide to return the product, please return it to our company within one week after confirming with us, in good storage conditions (frozen or refrigerated) and in an undamaged condition. Below are our address and business hours :

What is the difference between Standard ($15) and Upgrade ($25)?

Upgraded Pack (25 RMB): This pack contains more vegetables, worth 10 RMB more, with 4 more vegetable varieties, which is very suitable for families with more family members or large appetites. Standard Pack (15 RMB): This pack is more suitable for small families of 2-3 people, providing a variety of vegetable choices but in moderate quantities. In order to give you a better understanding of our products, we have provided the menu details of the standard pack and upgraded pack in recent weeks in the "Historical Menu" section. Can I choose the variety of vegetables for the vegetable bag?

Sorry, we currently do not offer a la carte service. We purchase the freshest vegetables every day based on real-time market conditions to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality products. Therefore, each household receives the same variety of vegetables. However, you can expect our vegetable varieties to change every week, giving you a variety of healthy ingredients. Can automatic subscriptions be changed or canceled?

Yes, you can log in to your account before every Saturday to manage your order. You have a variety of options to choose from, including:

  • Adjust quantity : You can increase or decrease the quantity of your order as needed.
  • Modify delivery frequency : You can choose weekly or every other week delivery to suit your needs.
  • Skip Deliveries : If you don't need a delivery at a specific time, you can choose to skip one or more deliveries.
  • Pause service : If you need a short break, you can choose to pause service.
  • Cancel your order : If you decide you no longer want to use our services, you can cancel your order at any time.
