  2. Drain : Drain the soaked mung beans and place in a sprouter or shallow dish.
  3. Germination : Rinse the mung beans 2-3 times a day with clean water, keep them moist but not over-soaked to avoid mold.
  4. Harvest : Usually after 3-5 days, mung bean sprouts can be harvested when they grow to 2-3 cm. Rinse them with clean water before eating.
