1. Delivery Arrangement:
All orders will be delivered as quickly as possible. Please ensure someone is present to collect the item upon delivery to maintain the quality of the product.
2. Delivery process:
- Independent Houses: For customers living in independent houses, our delivery drivers will:
- Leave merchandise at the front door.
- Ring the doorbell to let you know your delivery has been made and send an email.
- Apartment/Residential Building: For apartment customers:
- Our driver will first try to call the provided phone number to notify the customer to come down and pick up the goods.
- If you miss a call or are temporarily unable to come downstairs, the driver will send you an email with photos showing the items delivered and their location.
3. Responsibilities after delivery:
Upon successful delivery (upon notification by phone or email), responsibility for the goods will pass to the customer. Truly Fresh is not responsible for any product lost or damaged/lost after notification. Please make sure to pick up your order immediately after notification to ensure the quality and safety of the merchandise.
4. Important reminder:
