As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, Xiang De Zhai has specially crafted Beijing-style mooncakes (vegetarian oil) suitable for our Chinese tastes.

Unlike Cantonese-style mooncakes, which have a thin skin and lots of fillings, the skin of Pujiu mooncakes is thicker and harder, and they are also called old mooncakes. Its syrup contains no invert sugar, so there is no "oil return" process. Tijiang mooncakes have their own unique and earthy flavor, and are very, very fragrant.
