In more than five years, I haven't found a better chestnut than this!

Air-fried sugar-roasted chestnuts:
1. Wash the chestnuts, and then use kitchen scissors to cut a cross at the tip of each chestnut.
2. Put the cut chestnuts into the pot, add water to cover the chestnuts, add a teaspoon of sugar and boil. After boiling, cook for another 5 minutes, remove and drain the water, then pour into a large bowl or a larger container.
3. Add two teaspoons of sugar, one-third teaspoon of salt, and one tablespoon of oil, mix well, pour into the chestnuts and mix well.
4. Mix well and put into the air fryer and cook at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
